Lifeways & Greenways Regional Environmental Forum is Oct. 28th

Next Friday, Oct. 28th, the Chicago Botanic Garden and the Center for Humans and Nature will sponsor Lifeways & Greenways, a Chicago Regional Ethics and Sustainability Forum that focuses on the concepts of social and ecological connectivity. This one day event, a Janet Meakin Poor Research Symposium, will take place at the Chicago Botanic Garden’s Regenstein Center from 9am to 3:15pm. Among the presenters during the day’s events will be Prof. Mike Bryson from Roosevelt University and two of his Sustainability Studies undergraduate students, Mary Beth Radeck and Jess Crow Mermel, who will showcase this Schaumburg’s Sustainable Future research project/blog at the morning and afternoon poster sessions.
