Sustainability Panel Discussion at Prairie Center for the Arts, Oct. 12th

Roosevelt University and the Village of Schaumburg will host a panel discussion entitled “Sustainable Organization Practices: Protecting Today and Ensuring Tomorrow” on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the Schaumburg Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL.

The event will be a panel discussion presenting different practical ideas for today’s organizations on how they can benefit themselves and the planet by engaging in sustainable activities. In addition, what it takes for management to create an organizational culture that supports these activities will be discussed. Panelists include:

Eric Ertmoed, Administrative Services Director Village of Lisle, who recently oversaw the town’s activities that earned it the “Earth Flag” honor.

Raed Elaydi, Ph.D.,  Assistant Professor of Management and Social Entrepreneurship, Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt University.

Thomas Head, Ph.D., Professor of Management, Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt University.
